How We Invest

We offer investment opportunities exclusively to wholesale investors. Our investment strategy has always remained the same:

"Protect investor capital first"

Wholesale investors' capital is protected in multiple ways

First-ranking security

Your position is secured by a first mortgage over New Zealand property.

Conservative leverage

Low loan-to-value ratios (LVRs), usually below 70%.

Real value, not potential

We lend against “as-is” valuation, not forecasts or hype.

Robust Documentation

High quality legal documentation.

Excellent Returns

At Kensington Finance, our wholesale investors enjoy strong return rates.

Our returns for first-registered mortgages usually range from 6.5 - 10.5% p.a. , depending on market conditions and the particular mortgage investment. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.

We pay  interest out regularly via monthly disbursements.

Investing Together

Our leadership team invests in the majority of Kensington Finance LP loans. We invest alongside our investors so our interests are aligned.
