Applications from retail investors (being persons to whom the "regulated offer" requirements of the FMC Act apply) will not be considered nor accepted.

We specialise in loans secured via first registered mortgage over commercial, rural or residential New Zealand property. Our loans tend to be shorter term (usually around 12 months) and high yield. Each mortgage investment is individually assessed and structured to ensure security.
Our loans are secured via first registered mortgages over New Zealand property, and we generally maintain conservative loan-to-value ratios of under 70%. Our philosophy is simple: protect capital first, generate strong returns second.
